Mr. Adhikari received Masters in Business administration from Tribhuvan University. He worked in State Bank of India (2001-2004) and Standard Chartered Bank of Nepal (2004-2005). After moving to USA Mr. Adhikari involved in retail business, currently he has over 10 convenience stores in the various parts of US. He is the owner and CEO of Jalapa marketing, Ananda Marketing, Sheboygan Oil and marketing, Green Bay Petroleum and investment, Baj real state and Manitowoc Business development.

Mr. Adhikari is also active in various social organization in Nepal and USA. He serves as a Board of Director of NRNA-America (2019-2021).
